Every rehearsal starts with forty minutes of games that are, objectively, extremely stupid. Actors love them. We eventually noticed that non-actors love them more.
Zip Zap Zop. Bunny Bunny. Big Booty. Games with names nobody can say seriously, that turn out to require real concentration and produce real laughing fits.
No performance, no scenes, no pressure. Just ninety minutes of the part of theatre that's pure play.

There is very little sitting. Be warned.
