Cancellation policy

Outdoor experiences, the Murder Trail, City Quest, Desi Squid Games on turf, can be cancelled for heavy rain or unsafe conditions. We decide by 6pm the evening before wherever possible.

You choose: move to the next available date, or a full refund.

If a format hasn't reached the minimum participants it needs, we cancel at least 48 hours ahead and refund in full. We would rather do that than run something that doesn't work.

Illness in the cast, venue failure, or circumstances outside our control. Same outcome: told as soon as we know, full refund or a transfer to a new date, your choice.
