Privacy
We collect what a booking needs and almost nothing else. We have never sold data and won't.
What we collect
When you book: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to any questions on the event page (team preferences, access needs, allergies).
When you enquire: the contact details and event details you type into the form.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers. We store only the payment and order identifiers Razorpay gives us.
Why
To get you into the event: confirmations, tickets, reminders, and messages if something changes.
To run the door: your name and ticket code are checked at entry.
Marketing emails only if you ticked the box. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately.
Access needs and health information
If you tell us about an injury, condition or allergy, it is shared only with the team running your event, used only to keep you safe and comfortable, and deleted after the event.
Who else sees it
Razorpay, for payments. Our email provider, to deliver confirmations. Our hosting and database providers, to store it. Nobody else, ever, for any price.
How long we keep it
Booking records for 3 years, because that's what tax and accounting need. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Enquiry records for 2 years.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ethiros.in and we'll action it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to remember whether you've seen the curtain animation, and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics that follow you around.
