Corporate Improv
Team building, minus the awkward trust falls.
Improv rebuilt for workplaces. Listening, adaptability, status, and speaking up, trained through doing rather than a deck about psychological safety.

Everything unbearable about corporate team-building comes from asking people to perform sincerity on demand.
This does the opposite. It's games with rules, played fast, where the learning is a side effect rather than the stated objective. Nobody shares a personal story. Nobody falls backwards into a colleague.
What actually shifts: people interrupt less, junior people speak more, and the team gets a shared reference for what happens when someone blocks an idea. That last one survives the offsite by months.
How it works
- 01
Three hours
On your site or ours. Needs a room people can stand up in.
- 02
No personal sharing
Ever. It's the first thing we cut and the reason it works.
- 03
Debrief that isn't fluff
Twenty minutes connecting each game to something that happens in your actual meetings.
- 04
Scales to 60
Above 30 we bring a second facilitator.
What you'll cover
Blocking versus building, what actually happens when an idea gets shut down.
Listening under pressure, responding to what was said, not what you'd planned.
Status and airtime, who speaks, who doesn't, and what changes it.
Failing visibly, making a mistake in front of the team and continuing.
