Theatre for Confidence
For the meeting, not the stage.
A practical one-day workshop using actor training to fix public speaking, presence and the thing your voice does when twelve people look at you.

- Moderate

Actors have a technical solution to a problem most people treat as a personality trait.
Standing without fidgeting, breathing so your voice doesn't climb, holding a pause instead of filling it, walking into a room like you're allowed to be there, these are trainable, and this is a day of training them.
No performance. No scenes. You'll speak in front of the group four times and the fourth will be measurably different from the first.
How it works
- 01
One full day
10am to 5pm, Saturday. Lunch included.
- 02
Four speaking rounds
Recorded on your own phone so you can see the change.
- 03
Nothing theatrical required
No scenes, no characters, no performing.
- 04
Take-home drills
Six exercises, ten minutes a day. They only work if you do them.
What you'll cover
Morning. Presence. Posture, stillness, entering a room, holding a pause.
Midday. Voice. Breath support, pace, pitch under pressure.
Afternoon. Structure. Saying the thing first. Cutting the throat-clearing.
Late. Pressure. Speaking while being interrupted, questioned and rushed.
